Chefs/Owners Paul and Pam Sturkey both have a long running history in the greater Cincinnati area, and have received regional and national recognition as well.

In 1998, they opened Sturkey's Restaurant, followed in 2000 by the first of three Encore Cafés which offer more casual contemporary fare to Sturkey's upscale fine dining cuisine.
